- Outdoor Holiday Maker's Market with 50 local businesses selling handmade Christmas decor, winter clothing, gifts, dozens of food and drink vendors, animal snuggling, festively decorated grounds, special pop ups, seasonal cafe.
- Heaters set up around the parking lot if needed
- Photo-ops & kids activities
- Parking at Sinking Springs & Roundtown Elementary with shuttle bus to the shop (one minute shuttle)
